Raw Cheese Cake

Do you know cooking raw food is easy to do, and it makes you feel amazing!!! You don’t have to be a completely raw foodist, or go 100% raw to enjoy the benefit of eating RAW!

Here is a easy, healthy and delicious receipt for raw cheese cake, perfect for your Seahawk party!imagesff

For the crust:

2 Cup Dry Raw Nuts, preferably Raw Almond

6 Dates (or figs), Pitted (Soaked in the water for 3 hours if dry)

1 1/2 tbs of coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp sea salt


Cake Filling:

3 Cup Nuts (Can be cashews, Pine nuts, walnut) Socked in water for 2 -3 hours

1 cut coconut meat

3/4 cup lemon juice

2/3 cup coconut oil

3/4 cup coconut palm sugar

1/4 cup honey

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp sea salt



Choice of 1 cup Berries, or Pomegranate,  or 1/2 cup raw pecan or garnish with dry lavender flower


1, Blend everything from the crust section to a consistent dough like form

2, Press the dough to the bottom of the pan

3, Set in the freezer (No Need to Bake)

4, Blend everything from the filling section well (add water if needed)

5, Pour on top of the crust

6, Add the topping
